What’s included in the monthly flat rate?
Our monthly flat rate covers hosting and execution capacity, monitoring and uptime, ongoing support and troubleshooting, and minor adjustments to existing automations. The initial design and build of your automation is billed separately as a one-time setup cost.
How is setup priced?
Setup is billed at $135/hr and covers the design, coding, and integration of your automation with your SaaS tools (like Procore, CompanyCam, JobTread, and more). After your free discovery call, we’ll give you an estimated hour range for your specific project before any billing starts, so there are no surprises. If a project looks like it’s going to run past the estimate, we’ll flag it with you before continuing.
How long does it take to get my automation set up?
Most setups are completed in under a week, depending on the complexity of your workflows and tools. We’ll give you a clear timeline during onboarding.
Do you offer a free trial or demo?
We offer a free discovery call to learn about your processes and show you what’s possible with automation. From there, we’ll map out a custom plan and setup estimate. We offer a 7-day evaluation period on your monthly plan to make sure things are working properly before billing starts.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We operate month-to-month with no long-term contracts on the monthly plan. Stay as long as you’re getting value from our service.
How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed with Stripe.
We have unique needs—can you customize a plan for us?
Absolutely. We offer custom setup and monthly packages for companies with complex systems or high integration volume. Contact us to get started.
Are tool subscriptions included?
We have a standard set of integration tools included in the monthly rate. Additional subscriptions or tools are not included without prior agreement.
What support is included?
All plans include live onboarding sessions, and once up and running, email support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. If you ever decide automation isn’t the right fit, you can cancel your monthly plan anytime. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun, since it reflects hours already spent building your automation.
