What’s included in the monthly flat rate?
Our monthly flat rate covers hosting and execution capacity, monitoring and uptime, and support for troubleshooting — if your automation isn’t working the way it was built to, we fix it at no extra cost.
Changes to how your automation works — new steps, new logic, new integrations, new fields — are treated as new work and billed at our standard setup rate, the same as the original build. This keeps the flat rate predictable for us and for you, and means you’re never paying ongoing fees to subsidize scope you’re not using.
What counts as troubleshooting vs. a change?
Troubleshooting (included): your automation stops working, breaks on an edge case it should have handled, or a step fails due to something outside your control (an API outage, a source system format change). We fix these at no charge.
A change (billed): you want it to do something new or different — an added step, new logic, a new integration, different output. We’ll scope it and quote it before starting, just like the original setup.
Do you cap or meter executions?
No. The execution numbers on each plan are a guideline for the typical volume of a workflow at that level of complexity — not a hard limit, and not something we bill overages on. If your usage grows because your business is growing, that’s a good problem and it’s on us to absorb.
We’ll only reach out if your automation’s actual resource use changes significantly — for example, substantial use of compute resources, database storage or transfer of large data volumes — since that’s what actually affects hosting cost, unlike run count. That conversation is about your infrastructure needs, not a bill for extra runs.
How is setup priced?
Setup is billed at $135/hr and covers the design, coding, and integration of your automation with your SaaS tools (like Procore, CompanyCam, JobTread, and more). After your free discovery call, we’ll give you an estimated hour range for your specific project before any billing starts, so there are no surprises. If a project looks like it’s going to run past the estimate, we’ll flag it with you before continuing.
How long does it take to get my automation set up?
Most setups are completed in under a week, depending on the complexity of your workflows and tools. We’ll give you a clear timeline during onboarding.
Do you offer a free trial or demo?
We offer a free discovery call to learn about your processes and show you what’s possible with automation. From there, we’ll map out a custom plan and setup estimate. We offer a 7-day evaluation period on your monthly plan to make sure things are working properly before billing starts.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We operate month-to-month with no long-term contracts on the monthly plan. Stay as long as you’re getting value from our service.
How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed with Stripe.

Absolutely. We offer custom setup and monthly packages for companies with complex systems or high integration volume. Contact us to get started.
Are tool subscriptions included?
We have a standard set of integration tools included in the monthly rate. Additional subscriptions or tools are not included without prior agreement.
What support is included?
All plans include live onboarding sessions, and troubleshooting is included at no extra cost on every tier. What changes by plan is how quickly we respond and how proactively we monitor — Quick Win is Bronze, Streamline and Scale are Silver, and Complex is Gold. The support tier table above breaks down response times, channels, and monitoring for each.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. If you ever decide automation isn’t the right fit, you can cancel your monthly plan anytime. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun, since it reflects hours already spent building your automation.
